Great question! The Kickoff Call time varies from client to client, however 45 minutes is the maximum time of this meeting.
The formal audit begins following the meeting. Once the audit is complete, the roadmaps are built and aligned with the channel and budget recommendations, and the quick win solutions are prepared to be delivered in a single report. Mi strives to complete the audit within 7 business days, however, more complex situations and peak seasons may require completion within 14 days. The delivery time will be assessed during the kickoff call to provide you with peace of mine and realistic expectations.
